DYNORIX offers refunds for eligible products purchased directly through dynorix.quest. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund to ensure compliance with this policy.

2. Time Limits

Refund requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

We recommend contacting our support team as soon as an issue arises to ensure timely resolution.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive return authorization instructions.
  3. Ship the item securely using the provided return guidelines.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Digital downloads or custom-made products.
